So they run background checks on organizers of rallies no matter what rally it is? That is pretty disheartening.
She seemed to really believe that what she was doing was just stopping terrorism and crime. I doubt you will find that most fusion centers really expunge information if there is no tie to criminal activity. I find that hard to believe even when she says that. SHE may get rid of information, but information can be copied, and I fear that this may be what the semi-secret fusion centers are for. Warehousing information on non-criminal cases that fusion centers have still labeled potential threats like the MIAC Modern Militia report.
